Senior Portraits in Cincinnati, Ohio

High school Senior portrait photography in Cincinnati Ohio

Your senior portraits should look like YOU. Not some stiff, stand-in-front-of-a-tree-and-smile yearbook shot. I'm talking about portraits that actually capture your personality, your vibe, your whole deal. You're into music? Let's bring your guitar. You're an athlete? Let's do something with that. You're just a cool person who wants cool photos? Say less. I'm on it.

Senior sessions are 90 minutes of pure creative energy. We'll plan your outfits, pick a location (studio, outdoor, both), and put together a session that's 100% built around you. I have tons of wardrobe and props in the studio, and I'm always down to try something that's never been done before.

I photograph seniors all across the Cincinnati area and beyond. Whether you're in Hyde Park, West Chester, Mason, Northern Kentucky, or anywhere in between, let's make your senior year something worth remembering.

Who Is a Senior Portrait Session For?

Senior pictures are for everyone… but here's who books with me specifically:

  • The creative kid who hates boring photos. You want something that actually looks like you, not some generic backdrop-and-smile shot. Good. That's exactly what I do.

  • The athlete, the musician, the artist. Bring your gear. Bring your instrument. Bring whatever makes you YOU. We'll build the whole session around it.

  • The senior who has no idea what they want. That's fine too. I've done this long enough to pull a great session out of "I don't know, I just want cool photos." We'll figure it out together.

  • The family who wants something more than a yearbook photo. Senior year goes fast. These are the photos you're going to have forever. They should actually mean something.

  • The high school senior who wants to mark the moment. Graduation is a big deal. These portraits are how you remember who you were right before everything changed.

How does booking work?

  • Young woman wearing a yellow off-the-shoulder checkered top and dark jeans, leaning against a textured wall, smiling.

    Step 1 | Inquire

Send me a message. Tell me a little bit about what you’re looking for and when. I’ll send you over everything you need to get your session started. I try to respond as fast as I can. Usually within a day or so.

  • A person wearing glasses and a red and black plaid jacket standing in front of neon signs reading 'LA KING' and 'DINER'.

    Step 2 | Planning

Let’s plan a little chat to go over the details of your shoot. We can chat wardrobe, what to bring, and any other little details you may want to add in.

  • A young woman with long blonde curly hair sitting outside and playing an acoustic guitar, smiling.

    Step 3 | Session time!

It’s time for your senior session! It will be a fun and chill time with music on in the background and tons of wardrobe ready for you! Sessions are usually 90 minutes long.

  • A young man with short blonde hair, wearing a basketball jersey, faces a large black panther statue with their foreheads nearly touching against a pink and purple sky background.

    Step 4 | Gallery

Your full gallery will be ready in about 2 weeks. Every edited image is yours to download, print, and share.

What to Expect During Your Cincinnati Senior Portrait Session

Never done a senior photoshoot before? Here's how it works.

Before your session. We'll have a quick planning chat to talk through your vision -- outfits, locations, props, vibe. You'll walk in on session day knowing exactly what to expect and feeling ready.

Your session. Sessions are 90 minutes of just doing whatever makes you feel like yourself. Music on, no pressure, no stiff poses. I'll guide you through everything. Most people are nervous for about five minutes and then forget the camera is there entirely. That's where the good stuff happens.

Studio, outdoor, or both. My studio is in Cincinnati at 2701 Spring Grove Ave in Camp Washington. We can shoot there, on location, or split the session between both. Some of my favorite Cincinnati spots for seniors include Eden Park, the Roebling Bridge, Over-the-Rhine, a Northside graffiti alley, Fountain Square, and downtown Cincinnati -- but I'm always up for somewhere new.

Your gallery. About two weeks after your session, you'll get your full gallery of 20 professionally edited images to download, print, and share. Every image is yours -- no packages, no picking from proofs.
