Red Roses, Milk Baths and twinkly lights. Beautiful Milk Bath Maternity sessions
Let’s take a look back on a beautiful Maternity Milk Bath session I did this past holiday season.
So let’s set the mood. It’s chilly outside, there is a chance of snow. Christmas is just around the corner. All the twinkly lights are up with tons of pretty decor out making you feel all nice and festive. The smell of scented pine cones is in the air. You’re all warm and cozy in your best winter clothing….
Do I have you there yet? Yes.. no? I tried?
Alright. This session took place a little before the holiday season snuck up on me (and it really did sneak up on me this year). My client asked for a milk bath not specifically anything festive but it was an added bonus that the studio I rent for milk baths with clawfoot tubs was super decked out in holiday goodies. We took full advantage of that.
She even brought some string lights to use as a prop. And honestly, I’m totally loving the shots from that. I think they came out super cute!
Next up was our milk bath. I hadn’t been in this studio for a little while and I was happily surprised to see it totally decked out in floral goodies. We decided on mass amounts of roses for this session already and both showed up with at least 3 bouquets each ( we had so many roses!) So the added floral was so nice to see.
I’m working on trying to find my own in studio tub for things like this but I LOVE when where I rent from is on point with what I had envisioned.
