Pop Tart Dough:
1 box pie crust mix
4 tbsp Cold water
At least 4 food coloring colors of your choice
Any jam of your choice- I did grape
3 tablespoons whipping cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
Make the dough per box instructions.
Divide the dough into 6 balls.
Then dye each ball a color of your choosing.
Flatten each ball of dough into a disk and stack them up.
Twist together to mix them.
Roll the dough out into a rectangles or whatever shape you like (you can even use cookie cutters. Cut into 4 rectangles and transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Place a small amount of jam onto the center of one side of each rectangle.
Fold the rectangle over to cover the jam and seal closed with a fork.
Bake at 400F for 20 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Make sure to let cool 100% before moving to the next step.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until fully combined.
Spoon icing onto each pop tart. Then give each one a quick shake of sprinkles!
